4.3. Delivery Timeline: We aim to dispatch orders within three (3) business days for ready to wear and for custom & bridal or bulk orders, this is dependent on the style picked and MOQ of purchase. Estimated delivery times range between 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location.

4.4. Shipping Partners: Our trusted logistics partners include DHL for international shipping and GIGL for local shipping. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1. Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 24hrs of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

5.2. Non-Returnable Items: Customized items and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

5.4. International Returns: Customers returning items from within the state or internationally (outside of Nigeria) are responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, and related charges.

5.5. Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow five (5) business days for processing, depending on your bank.
